Accessibility statement

Draft for legal review. This text is not binding until it is approved and published.
We want everyone to be able to use the BaGan website comfortably, including with a screen reader, a keyboard only or enlarged text. This draft describes what is already in place; it will be updated after a full accessibility audit. Items in square brackets are still to be completed.
What we did on the website
- A clear heading structure and marked regions (header, navigation, main content, footer).
- A "Skip to content" link at the start of every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a strong outline on the focused element.
- Colour contrast in line with WCAG AA for text and buttons.
- Language and writing direction set on every page: Hebrew right to left, English and Russian left to right.
- The site adapts to the screen size and to browser text zoom.
- Decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers, because the text next to them says the same thing.
- No flashing content, and visitors who turn on "reduce motion" get the site without animation.
- Form fields have labels, and messages after sending are announced to screen readers.
Conformance
The website is built to Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG at level AA. [To confirm: a full accessibility audit, the auditor's name and the audit date.]
