These are the terms for using bagan.co.il and the BaGan service: the web dashboard and the app. This draft lists the topics the terms will cover; the binding wording will be set in legal review. Items in square brackets are still to be completed.
The parties
The service is operated by [operating company name, company number and address] ("we"). The customer is the kindergarten, daycare or home daycare that contracts with us ("the gan"). The gan's staff and parents use the service at the gan's invitation.
The service
BaGan lets a gan manage children and families, attendance, a daily care log, photos, a class feed and messages, and share them with parents. The features available to each gan depend on its plan and the settings it chooses.
BaGan's support team may access a gan's account to provide the service, set the gan up and resolve problems, and every such access is recorded in our log.
Accounts and sign-in
- Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to the phone.
- The gan decides who joins the service and in which role, and removes anyone who no longer needs access.

The gan's responsibilities
- The gan is responsible for the information it enters and for having permission to share it, including the parental consents needed to take and share photos.
- The gan uses the service in line with the law, including privacy law and the daycare supervision regulations.
Payment

Content uploaded to the service
Content the gan, staff and parents upload, such as messages, photos and videos, belongs to them. We store and display it only to provide the service to the gan.
Prohibited use
The service may not be used to violate others' privacy, to upload unlawful content, to try to bypass security measures or to access another gan's information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and fast, and we improve it continuously. [To confirm: an availability commitment, if any, and advance notice of material changes.]
Ending the agreement and exporting data
